We
now sell the London Street Map images for use on
your web site and for limited printing runs (see
licence below for full scope).
Each map is 5km by 5km , centred on your required
point (postcode, street or grid point). The maps
shown in the Streetmap.co.uk site are 1.5km by 1.5km
The map is supplied as a gif in a higher quality
version than we use on the Streetmap.co.uk site.
The cost of a map is 50 pounds (+vat). Note that
an annual renewal licence fee of 25 pounds (+vat)
will also be payable each year (you will get an updated
map on renewal).
A discount of 25 pounds can be made for non internet/web
site use.
Printing of the maps. If you require to print more
than 100 copies of the map, then the following charges
(+vat) will be payable on top of the initial cost:

To order a map please send us payment of 50 pounds + vat
quoting the following information :
- The map type : Bartholomew London
- Your Email Address (this is important as for
speed we will deliver the map by email to you)
- Your Name
- Your Company Name (if applicable)
- Your Address
- Your Telephone Number
- The postcode, full street name (as from the Streetmap.co.uk Web Site) or the grid reference that you would
like the map centred on.
- The URL of the web site that the map is to be
used on.
- An indication as to whether you require a VAT
receipt.
- Optionally, indicate that this data is NOT to
be used on a web site or internet (discounted price
of 25.00 + vat applies)
- Whether the map will be used on printed material
or not, and if so, the size of the print run.
- If supplying credit card details, we require
the billing address of the cardholder, including
post code, and the Card Verification Code (the
last 3 digits on the printed strip on the rear
of the card).
You can either fax us this information along with your
credit card details (MasterCard / Visa / JCB / Visa
Delta / Switch / Solo) on 01908 526691 (please ensure
that you specify start date/expiry date/issue number
and the card holders address & post code). Or send
the information, with a cheque made payable to Streetmap,

END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF BARTHOLOMEW
DATA (THE DATA) ON A THIRD PARTY INTERNET SITE.
IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE DATA.
BY USING THE DATA YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE BARTHOLOMEW
LICENCE AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS
STATED, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE DATA.
Rights: This is a licence
agreement between the end user (You) and
Bartholomew Limited. This Licence Agreement
gives You certain limited rights to use the
Data and any Technical Information also provided.
All rights not specifically granted in this
Agreement are reserved to Bartholomew.
Reservation of Ownership and Grant
of Licence: Bartholomew retains
exclusive ownership of the Data and hereby
grants to you a personal, non-exclusive,
non-transferable licence to use the Data
on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
You agree to use all reasonable efforts to
protect the Data from unauthorised use, reproduction,
distribution or publication.
Copyright: Copyright in
the Data belongs to Bartholomew with the
exception of any Postcode data provided.
Copyright in any Postcode data contained
in the Data belongs to the Post Office, and
is included by arrangement with Bartholomew.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed
as constituting a partnership between Bartholomew
and You.
Printed Output: You may
produce printed output from the Data free
of charge up to a maximum of 100 copies per
year. Each copy must be no larger than A4
in size. You may print larger numbers of
copies from the Data up to the maximum number
covered by the copyright fee paid. All printed
output produced from the Data should incorporate
the following acknowledgements:
Digital Map Data (c) Bartholomew (year) and where appropriate
Postcode Boundary Data (c) the Post Office (year)
The year shall be the year in which the Data was purchased.
Permitted Uses: You may use the Data only on a single
internet site.
Uses Not Permitted: You
may not sell, rent, lease, sublicence, lend,
assign, time-share, or transfer, in whole
or in part, or provide unlicensed Third Parties
access to the Data or rights under this Agreement.
You may not remove or obscure copyright notices.
Termination: The Agreement
will automatically terminate without notice
if You fail to comply with any provision
of this Agreement. On termination of this
Agreement you will return the Data to your
supplier and remove any whole or partial
copies of the Data or its data from any computer
systems at your site.
Limited Warranty: Bartholomew
warrants that the media upon which the Data
is provided will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship under normal use.
Miscellaneous: Bartholomew
gives no warranty or undertaking as to the
suitability of the Data for your purposes.
While every effort is made to keep the Data
up-to-date, Bartholomew will not be responsible
for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused
by inaccuracies in the Data.
Applicable Law: To the extent
possible under applicable law, this Agreement
shall be governed by the laws of England
and Wales and shall be subject to the non-exclusive
jurisdiction of the English courts.
